From the time he was six years old, his mother managed a successful photography business, offering David an early insight into this amazing profession.

His first paid wedding assignment was 1977, using both a 35mm and a 120 roll film camera.  
By the time he retired in 2022, David had captured over five hundred and fifty wedding day celebrations ! 

Around the turn of the century, a slightly nervous David was asked to present the first seminar of his work in Lanzarote at a prestigious Photo Training Overseas adventure ...

The Societies/SWPP Convention - London, 2014 ... Digital image workflow techniques, seminar.
... Fortunately, the show was a success and David is now a regular, well respected speaker and judge at many major photographic seminars and conventions around the world. 
With substantial Gold Awards to his name and qualifications to both Licentiateship and Associateship level within the second largest photographic society in the world, indicate you are in safe, competent and capable hands.

In January 2019, David was awarded both "Wedding Photographer of the Year" and "Portrait Photographer of the Year" at the prestigious PTO convention in Mexico.

David's wedding photography seminar was a huge success (or so we're told !)
His next adventure will be May 2025 as he joins a team of photography professionals offering practical demonstrations and seminars to a group of photographers in and around the beautiful Bay of Naples, in Italy.
David is a winner.
He doesn't enjoy sitting in second place !​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
